AFI have officially announced that the Cill Dara Crusaders have forfeited their game that was due to take place on May 10, and the Minotaurs have been awarded a 30-0 victory in accordance with league bylaws. This moves the Minotaurs to 3-2 on the season.
We wish the Crusaders the best and hope that they use the next period of time to rebuild and grow their squad. The Crusaders have been in existence for a long time and have battled us on many occasions. We hope to renew our rivalry in the not too distant future.
Next up is a rematch with the South Dublin Panthers at home on May 30.
